To apply for a Wholesale client account, you will need to submit your details in this form and complete one of the options of the Wholesale client qualification requirements.

Sophisticated Investor Qualification

Option 1: Trading Experience requirements
  • You have traded FX or CFDs at least 20 times in a quarter, over a minimum of 4 quarters in the preceding 2 years, with a minimum notional value of AUD $50,000 per quarter.

(This can be demonstrated from your OX Securities account, another provider, or a combination of both)

  • Complete the knowledge test with 100% pass rate.
 
Option 2: Professional Experience requirements
  • Currently work or have worked in the financial sector for at least one year in a professional position which requires knowledge of leveraged trading (FX or CFDs).
  • Complete the knowledge test with 100% pass rate.

 

Wealth Test Qualification

Option 1: Net asset requirements
  • You have net assets of at least $2.5 million AUD.
  • Must be verified by a certificate from a qualified accountant dated within the last 6 months.
Option 2: Gross income requirements
  • You have had a gross income for the last two financial years of at least $250,000 AUD per annum.
  • Must be verified by a certificate from a qualified accountant dated within the last 6 months.

Wholesale Client Confirmation
